Brand & Trademark Usage

These guidelines explain how to refer to Ruxii and our products in a way that’s accurate, respectful of our intellectual property, and helpful for your audience.

Section 1

Our Marks

Ruxii™, OmniBuild™, CrewCore™, Meela™, Watchgrid™, and related names, logos, product icons, and brand elements are trademarks of Ruxii Technologies Inc. (“Ruxii”).

These guidelines cover nominative fair use (textual references) and permitted logo usage. They do not grant any ownership or license in our marks.

Section 2

Permitted Uses (No Prior Approval Required)

  • Nominative, textual references to Ruxii and product names to accurately describe compatibility, integrations, reviews, or factual statements (e.g., “Works with Ruxii OmniBuild™”).
  • Linking to our official properties (e.g., ruxii.ca) for attribution or further info.
  • Using product names in resumes/portfolios/case studies to factually describe your experience.

Use plain text for nominative references unless you have written permission to use our logos.

Section 3

Prohibited Uses

  • Use our marks as part of your company, product, service, domain, or social handle.
  • Imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
  • Modify, distort, combine, or imitate our logos or brand elements.
  • Use our marks on merchandise or in advertising (including ad keywords) without permission.
  • Create confusingly similar names, logos, or taglines.
Section 4

Logo Usage (Permission Required)

  • Do not use our logos without prior written approval from Ruxii.
  • Keep clear space around the logo at least equal to the logo’s x-height.
  • Use provided assets only; do not alter colors, proportions, effects, or orientation.
  • Ensure sufficient contrast; do not place logos on busy or low-contrast backgrounds.
  • Do not pair our logo with other marks to create a composite lockup.

If approved, we’ll supply official assets and exact usage specs. You may not create your own.

Section 5

Naming, Domains & Social Handles

  • Don’t register domains or handles that include or closely resemble Ruxii, OmniBuild, CrewCore, Meela, Watchgrid, or other Ruxii marks.
  • Don’t name products, services, or companies in a way that could cause confusion with Ruxii or our products.
Section 6

Required Attribution (Text)

When you reference our products by name, include a trademark attribution somewhere reasonable (e.g., page footnote, credits, or legal section):

“Ruxii™, OmniBuild™, CrewCore™, Meela™, and Watchgrid™ are trademarks of Ruxii Technologies Inc.”

Section 7

Compatibility Statement Templates

Use these examples for nominative fair use (no logos required):

“For use with”: “This integration is for use with Ruxii OmniBuild™.”

“Compatible with”: “Compatible with Ruxii CrewCore™. Ruxii is not the seller or developer of this product.”

Press/review: “Review of Meela™ by Ruxii.”

These must not imply endorsement or partnership.

Section 8

Requests & Approvals

For any use beyond nominative text (e.g., logos, co-marketing, events, merchandise), please request permission with details (what, where, when, mockups) via our contact form or email privacy@ruxii.ca.

Section 9

Reporting Misuse

If you discover unauthorized or confusing use of Ruxii’s marks, please let us know at privacy@ruxii.ca.
