Jason founded Ruxii around the belief that organizations should not have to reconstruct their operations across disconnected systems. He leads the company’s product direction and the development of Nova.

His operating background spans aviation, international market entry, regulatory work, premium retail, sports, and entertainment. Across those environments, financial decisions, workforce coordination, service delivery, records, risk, and execution could not be treated as unrelated concerns.

Nova grew from a practical observation: the organization already operates as a connected system, even when its software does not.

That experience shapes Ruxii’s standard for the platform. Systems should make responsibility clear, preserve the context around decisions, and help people carry work forward without repeatedly rebuilding the record.

Jason’s approach is execution-focused and long-term. Ruxii is being built with high ownership, careful communication, respect for security and privacy, and a preference for durable systems over short-lived product theatre.
