Report privately
Use the Trust or security path in our contact form and include a concise description, the affected surface, reproduction steps, and potential impact. Do not include credentials, personal information, or unnecessary customer data.
Act in good faith
Avoid privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction, social engineering, and access beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue. Give Ruxii reasonable time to investigate before any public disclosure.
What to expect
We will acknowledge actionable reports, route them for review, and communicate according to severity and available evidence. This page is not a bug-bounty promise or authorization to access systems unlawfully.
